Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This notice explains what personal data Dadirri collects on dadirri.eu, why, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to the absolute minimum.
Who we are
Dadirri is the SAP advisory practice of Maria Jindrová (IČO 27214591), based in the Czech Republic and acting as the data controller. For any privacy question, contact maria@dadirri.eu.
What we collect
Contact form: only the name, email address and message you choose to send us. Server logs: our hosting automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address, date and time, and the pages requested) for security and operation.
Why we use it & legal basis
We use your contact-form details solely to read and respond to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract, and (f) — our legitimate interest in answering you). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and reliable.
Cookies, analytics & local storage
This website uses no advertising and no third-party tracking, and sets no cookies. We keep a privacy-friendly tally of page views on our own server, without cookies and without storing your IP address. Your light or dark theme preference is saved locally in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is shared with third parties as you browse. One exception is the office-location map: it loads only if you click it, and doing so connects to Google Maps, sharing your IP address with Google solely to display the map. Our contact and careers forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to block spam: when you interact with a form, your IP address and basic browser signals are shared with Cloudflare solely to tell humans from bots, and no cookies are set.
Candidates & CVs
If you apply via the careers form, we process the name, email, CV file and any note you send — on the basis of your consent and steps prior to a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep your CV only to consider you for suitable engagements and delete it on request or when it is no longer relevant. To withdraw consent or have your CV removed, email careers@dadirri.eu.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of service providers (processors) strictly to run the site and email: our web hosting, mailbox and inbound email-forwarding provider (Active24 / Websupport, EU). They process data only to provide their service. We also use Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) to protect our forms from spam (Turnstile), under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Technical server logs are kept only for a short period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email maria@dadirri.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data-protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
